NEXATRIX / LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains in clear terms how Nexatrix handles information provided by website visitors and by people who initiate a commercial conversation with us.

1. Information you may provide

Through our contact channels you may provide your name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, country or market, area of interest and a description of the challenge or need you are presenting.

2. How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, perform an initial assessment, prepare commercial service, organize relationships with prospective clients, improve our services and comply with legal or regulatory obligations when applicable.

3. Form, commercial management and WhatsApp

When the assessment form is submitted, the information may be sent to Nexatrix's commercial management system to organize follow-up, record opportunity source and support the commercial relationship. The same information is then used to prepare a message that the visitor may choose to confirm and send through WhatsApp.

4. Traffic source and campaigns

For commercial attribution and measurement, we may record the originating page, referral source and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term when present in the URL.

5. Analytics, consent and technical data

When Google Analytics 4 is configured, the website asks for permission before loading analytics measurement. If the visitor chooses to continue without analytics, GA4 is not loaded for that preference stored in the browser. When authorized, measurement is used to understand visited pages, performance, traffic sources and conversion events such as assessment submissions and WhatsApp clicks.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers strictly necessary for website operations, communications, hosting, analytics, CRM or service delivery, subject to reasonable security and purpose limitations.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for the period reasonably necessary for legitimate processing purposes, commercial relationships and compliance obligations. We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the operation to reduce risks of unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

8. Data subject rights

Under applicable law, data subjects may request information about processing, access, correction, updating or deletion where appropriate, as well as exercise other rights provided by law.

9. Privacy contact

Requests related to privacy and data protection can be submitted through the official contact channels made available on the Nexatrix website.

10. Policy updates

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page together with its update date.
